Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with it! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us to exchange or for a full refund. Please see below for our more information on our return policy.

Return Process

All returns must be postmarked in 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Damaged items and items that show wear or use WILL NOT be eligible for return or exchange. For items that arrive damaged or defective please contact us at the customer service email provided below. Original tags and labels must be attached to arrange exchange or refund.

To return and item, please email customer service at daughertysdesigns@yahoo.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. After receiving your RMA number, place your item securely in it’s original packaging, including proof of purchase, and mail it to the following address:

Refunds and exchanges

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 14 days from receipt of your item to process your return. Once processed your exchange item will be mailed our or you will be issued a refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on the company. We will notify you via email once the refund has processed.
